0057 - Forsyth County Cloverleaf Camp for 4th - 6th Graders

Calling all 4th-6th graders!
Cloverleaf Camp is the chance for elementary and middle school students to put their love of outdoor adventures to the test! This week-long camp held at one of the Georgia 4-H Centers located around the state provides an exciting overnight camping experience along with hands-on learning to create memories that will last a lifetime.
Forsyth County 4-H will attend Cloverleaf Camp at Rock Eagle 4-H Center in Eatonton from June 8-12, 2026. Cost is $475 and includes transportation from our 5110 Piney Grove Road office, a camp t-shirt, and insurance. Initial deposit of $125 is non-refundable. Registration will open in January 2026. Space is limited, so register early!

Rock Eagle 4-H Center is located in Eatonton, GA, however, group transportation will be coordinated by the Forsyth County Extension office.Accessibility

Only current 4-H youth in this county should be registered for this event. If you are not from this county, please contact your local Extension office for more information regarding 4-H programming in your area.
After registration, the following forms are required for participation.
- The Georgia 4-H Medical Information and Release Form should be completed before this activity. This form allows you to share important information with us so we can provide the best care for your child.
- Should any medication be required during the activity, the Georgia 4-H Medicine Form and the medication should be given to the Extension chaperone upon arrival.
- The Georgia 4-H Code of Conduct establishes guidelines for expected behavior standards and consequences of misbehavior.
Registration Instructions

For youth activities, please select “I am registering my child.” This will take you to the Parent Portal. After completing your registration, you will receive an enrollment confirmation and a receipt in your email.
