Community Club Meeting (4th-12th Grade)
Make sure you're registered for Community Club.
Community Club is a monthly meeting for all 4th-12th grade students in the county who are home-schooled or do not have 4-H at their school.
Our meetings will be held on the second Tuesday of the month, from 7:00-8:00 PM, at the Forsyth County Extension Office, 5110 Piney Grove Road. The first meeting of the year will be on September 9th.

Requirements
Only current 4-H youth in this county should be registered for this event. If you are not from this county, please contact your local Extension office for more information regarding 4-H programming in your area.
After registration, the following forms are required for participation.
- The Georgia 4-H Medical Information and Release Form should be completed before this activity. This form allows you to share important information with us so we can provide the best care for your child.
- Should any medication be required during the activity, the Georgia 4-H Medicine Form and the medication should be given to the Extension chaperone upon arrival.
- The Georgia 4-H Code of Conduct establishes guidelines for expected behavior standards and consequences of misbehavior.
