0168 - Richmond County 4-H Fishing Club
Description
Richmond County 4-H Fishing Club is open to students in 4th through 12th grades. No experience is necessary. Come have a fun morning of fishing at Brickyard Ponds! If you have equipment, bring it, if not you can borrow ours on a first come first serve basis. Bait will be provided. If you want to keep the fish you catch, bring a container to take them home in. Fishing is free for children only who fish with the 4-H group. If adults want to fish you must stop by the office at Brickyard Ponds to pay. Follow the 4-H signs to our fishing spot. 4-H'ers must be with the 4-H group for the 4-H’er to fish for free. If you fish beyond the 4-H designated area while at Brickyard Ponds you will need to pay at Brickyard Ponds office for everyone that is fishing beyond the 4-H group's area.

Only current Richmond County 4-H youth should be registered for this event. If you are not from Richmond County, please contact your local Extension office for more information regarding 4-H programming in your area.
After registration, the following forms are required for participation.
- The Georgia 4-H Medical Information and Release Form should be completed before this activity. This form allows you to share important information with us so we can provide the best care for your child.
- Should any medication be required during the activity, the Georgia 4-H Medicine Form and the medication should be given to the Extension chaperone upon arrival.
- The Georgia 4-H Code of Conduct establishes guidelines for expected behavior standards and consequences of misbehavior.
- The Spirit Creek Farms Liability Waiver.
Registration Instructions

During checkout, you may be asked if you are registering yourself, a child, or a group of people. For youth activities, please select “I am registering my child.” This will take you to the Parent Portal.
If you do not already have an account, you will be prompted to create one during the checkout process. After completing your registration, you will receive an enrollment confirmation and a receipt in your email
