CLOVERLEAF COMPUTER GRAPHIC DESIGN - Design a – 4-H Thank You card

JUNIOR COMPUTER GRAPHIC DESIGN - Design a 4-H T-shirt with artwork on the front and back. Artwork and slogan will promote a county, the state 4-H program, or some aspect of the 4-H program (such as senior camp, Project achievement, the fair, etc.).

SENIOR COMPUTER GRAPHIC DESIGN - Design a PowerPoint presentation marketing 4-H with 4 slides only and artwork and slogan promoting a county, the state 4-H program, or some aspect of the 4-H program (such as senior camp, Project achievement, the fair, etc.).

Requirements

Only current Wilcox County 4-H youth should be registered for this event. If you are not from this county, please contact your local Extension office for more information regarding 4-H programming in your area.

After registration, the following forms are required for participation.

• The Georgia 4-H Medical Information and Release Form should be completed before this activity. This form allows you to share important information with us so we can provide the best care for your child.
• Should any medication be required during the activity, the Georgia 4-H Medicine Form and the medication should be given to the Extension chaperone upon arrival.
• The Georgia 4-H Code of Conduct establishes guidelines for expected behavior standards and consequences of misbehavior.
