Description
Monroe County 4-H Shotgun is for youth 6th-12th grade. Registration for the 2024 Shotgun Team is Friday, December 1st. Spots are limited. Membership cost is $265.00 This can be broken down into two payments of $132.50. (If paying with a credit card, first payment is $133.00 and the payment due January 10th is $132.00)First payment is due at time of registration. The remaining payment is due at the Mandatory Parent Meeting on January 9th or 10th. Only one meeting must be attended.Location

Requirements
Only currently enrolled 4-H youth should be registered for this event. If you are not from this county, please contact your local Extension office for more information regarding 4-H programming in your area.
After registration, the following forms are required for participation.
- The Georgia 4-H Medical Information and Release Form should be completed before this activity. This form allows you to share important information with us so we can provide the best care for your child.
- Should any medication be required during the activity, the Georgia 4-H Medicine Form and the medication should be given to the Extension chaperone upon arrival.
- The Georgia 4-H Code of Conduct establishes guidelines for expected behavior standards and consequences of misbehavior.
