Description

Tattnall County youth (public school or home school) who are currently in 4th-12th grade are invited to register for the Tattnall County 4-H Archery Team. Practices are held on Sunday afternoons. The young person is responsible for providing their own appropriate size/style bow, arrows, peep sight, quiver, and any other equipment needed. Registration will be closed after the maximum of 25 students has been reached or on November 30th, whichever comes first.

Requirements

Only current 4-H youth in this county should be registered for this event. If you are not from this county, please contact your local Extension office for more information regarding 4-H programming in your area.

After registration, the following forms are required for participation.

The Georgia 4-H Medical Information and Release Form should be completed before this activity. This form allows you to share important information with us so we can provide the best care for your child.
Should any medication be required during the activity, the Georgia 4-H Medicine Form and the medication should be given to the Extension chaperone upon arrival.
The Georgia 4-H Code of Conduct establishes guidelines for expected behavior standards and consequences of misbehavior.

Refund Policy

Please contact the Tattnall County Extension Office at (912) 557-6724, ext. 4 or rbowen1@uga.edu PRIOR TO REGISTRATION if you have any questions about the team! Refunds will not be given if your child is excused from the team for inappropriate behavior, failure to meet attendance policy guidelines, or is ineligible to compete due to academic\behavior restrictions in place by the local school. After November 30th, no refunds will be issued for fees paid for the Tattnall County 4-H Archery Team for any reason.
