Requirements
Only current 4-H youth in this county should be registered for this event. If you are not from this county, please contact your local Extension office for more information regarding 4-H programming in your area.
After registration, the following forms are required for participation.
- The Georgia 4-H Medical Information and Release Form should be completed before this activity. This form allows you to share important information with us so we can provide the best care for your child.
- Should any medication be required during the activity, the Georgia 4-H Medicine Form and the medication should be given to the Extension chaperone upon arrival.
- The Georgia 4-H Code of Conduct establishes guidelines for expected behavior standards and consequences of misbehavior.
Registration Instructions
By clicking on the name of the section you're interested in, you'll be able to view additional details like dates, times, and registration fees. When you're ready to register, click the "Add to Cart" button, which will direct you to the checkout page. During checkout, you may be asked to specify who you are registering for, particularly if you're enrolling in youth activities; you'll typically have the option to select "Parent" or "Group Portal."
