Description
Georgia’s 4-H summer camping program, administered through the county offices of UGA Cooperative Extension, offers a 4-H camping experience unparalleled in the nation. Georgia’s unique 4-H centers offer a week of camp that will be remembered and cherished for years to come. Each camp offers adventure, friendship, and fun, and all seek to develop the camper’s Head, Heart, Hands, and Health to make him or her a better person.Open to 4th-6th graders.

Transportation to summer camp will be coordinated by the Whitfield County Extension office.Requirements
Only current 4-H youth in this county should be registered for this event. If you are not from this county, please contact your local Extension office for more information regarding 4-H programming in your area.
After registration, the following forms are required for participation.
- The Georgia 4-H Medical Information and Release Form should be completed before this activity. This form allows you to share important information with us so we can provide the best care for your child.
- Should any medication be required during the activity, the Georgia 4-H Medicine Form and the medication should be given to the Extension chaperone upon arrival.
- The Georgia 4-H Code of Conduct establishes guidelines for expected behavior standards and consequences of misbehavior.

Refunds for Camp fees will only be given for the following reasons:
• There is a doctor’s note excusing the camper due to illness/injury.
• There is a death in the immediate family.
• Other extenuating circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
