Description
The first in Rockdale County Extension's Backyard Gardening series... mushrooms! Join us for this interactive program and learn to grow your own oyster mushrooms inside! Everyone will take home a growing kit that we will assemble at the program as well as care instructions! We will be utilizing blue oyster mushroom spawn for mushrooms that will have a deep blue or grey appearance!Location

Requirements
Only current 4-H youth in this county should be registered for this event. If you are not from this county, please contact your local Extension office for more information regarding 4-H programming in your area.
After registration, the following forms are required for participation.
- The Georgia 4-H Medical Information and Release Form should be completed before this activity. This form allows you to share important information with us so we can provide the best care for your child.
- Should any medication be required during the activity, the Georgia 4-H Medicine Form and the medication should be given to the Extension chaperone upon arrival.
- The Georgia 4-H Code of Conduct establishes guidelines for expected behavior standards and consequences of misbehavior.
Registration Instructions
