Description

Tattnall County 4-H is excited to attend Cloverleaf 4-H Camp at Rock Eagle 4-H Center in Eatonton, GA this summer. Camp will be held June 30-July 4, 2025. All youth registering to attend camp should be members of Tattnall County 4-H and currently be in the 4th-6th grade. Total cost for Cloverleaf 4-H Camp is $450 ($150 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due at registration; Remainder is due by April 15th). You will need to create an account to register online. Please be sure to save your password to log back in, track your balance, and make future payments. Requirements

Only current 4-H youth in this county should be registered for this event. If you are not from this county, please contact your local Extension office for more information regarding 4-H programming in your area.

After registration, the following forms are required for participation.

The Georgia 4-H Medical Information and Release Form should be completed before this activity. This form allows you to share important information with us so we can provide the best care for your child.
Should any medication be required during the activity, the Georgia 4-H Medicine Form and the medication should be given to the Extension chaperone upon arrival.
The Georgia 4-H Code of Conduct establishes guidelines for expected behavior standards and consequences of misbehavior.

Refund Policy

There is a $150 non-refundable deposit for all youth registering for camp. This amount will not be refunded. Refunds of additional payments made by cash, check, or online will be given after April 1st for sickness (with doctor's note) or death in the immediate family.
