Registration Instructions

When you're ready to register, click the "Add to Cart" button, which will direct you to the checkout page. During checkout, you may be asked to specify who you are registering for, particularly if you're enrolling in youth activities; you'll typically have the option to select "Parent" or "Group Portal." If you don't already have an account, don't worry. You'll be prompted to create one during the checkout process. Finally, after reviewing your information and completing the necessary steps, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the enrollment details and a receipt for your purchase.

Refund Policy

Refund Requests: We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least one week (7 days) prior to the event.
Cancellations Within One Week: If you cancel within one week of the event, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund due to event preparation and commitments.
Event Postponement or Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the event is canceled or rescheduled by us, you will receive a full refund, or you may choose to transfer your ticket to the rescheduled date.
