0343 - Walton County 4-H Cloverleaf Camp Rock Eagle (Grades 4-6)
Description
4-H Camp is open to all Walton County 4th, 5th, & 6th graders and is scheduled for June 23-27 at Rock Eagle 4-H Center. Campers will take educational classes, participate in recreational activities, meet people from all over Georgia, make new friends and have the time of their lives! Cost includes transportation, insurance, lodging, all activities, t- shirt and meals. Additional information will be emailed to parents in May. Camp Orientation meetings will be held in May-attendance is highly encouraged.Partial 4-H Camp Scholarships are available and based on 4-H participation and financial need. Contact Walton County 4-H Office for scholarship Application. If you would like to apply, register your child following regular camp sign-up procedures There will be a $100.00 camp deposit. After registration and deposit is complete, scholarship applications should be submitted to 4-H/Extension Staff at walton4h@uga.edu.

Only current 4-H youth in this county should be registered for this event. If you are not from this county, please contact your local Extension office for more information regarding 4-H programming in your area.
After registration, the following forms are required for participation.
- The Georgia 4-H Medical Information and Release Form should be completed before this activity. This form allows you to share important information with us so we can provide the best care for your child.
- Should any medication be required during the activity, the Georgia 4-H Medicine Form and the medication should be given to the Extension chaperone upon arrival.
- The Georgia 4-H Code of Conduct establishes guidelines for expected behavior standards and consequences of misbehavior.

Refunds for Camp fees will only be given for the following reasons:
• There is a doctor’s note excusing the camper due to illness/injury.
• There is a death in the immediate family.
• Other extenuating circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
