Description

Join us for a week at Fortson 4-H Center! Activities will include high ropes, the Fortson Farm, a trip to Stone Mountain Park, and much more! Open to all Walton County 4-H'ers grades 7-8. Transportation to and from camp provided by the county.

Fortson 4-H Center is located in Hampton, GA, however, transportation will be provided by Walton County 4-H

Requirements

Only current 4-H youth in this county should be registered for this event. If you are not from this county, please contact your local Extension office for more information regarding 4-H programming in your area.

After registration, the following forms are required for participation.

The Georgia 4-H Medical Information and Release Form should be completed before this activity. This form allows you to share important information with us so we can provide the best care for your child.
Should any medication be required during the activity, the Georgia 4-H Medicine Form and the medication should be given to the Extension chaperone upon arrival.
The Georgia 4-H Code of Conduct establishes guidelines for expected behavior standards and consequences of misbehavior.

Registration Instructions

$100 deposit is required and non refundable.
UGA Refund Policy:
Refunds for Camp fees will only be given for the following reasons:
• There is a doctor’s note excusing the camper due to illness/injury.
• There is a death in the immediate family.
• Other extenuating circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
