Description
HISTORY LIVES HERE! On Thursday, July 18th, learn about Atlanta and Georgia history, visit Cyclorama, see the historic Swan House, and tour our historic farm and gardens! This event is open to all Forsyth County 4th-12th graders and costs $15. We will depart our 5110 Piney Grove Road office at 8 am and expect to return at 4:30 pm. Only current 4-H youth in this county should be registered for this event. If you are not from this county, please contact your local Extension office for more information regarding 4-H programming in your area.
After registration, the following forms are required for participation.
- The Georgia 4-H Medical Information and Release Form should be completed before this activity. This form allows you to share important information with us so we can provide the best care for your child.
- Should any medication be required during the activity, the Georgia 4-H Medicine Form and the medication should be given to the Extension chaperone upon arrival.
- The Georgia 4-H Code of Conduct establishes guidelines for expected behavior standards and consequences of misbehavior.
