Description:

Attendees will learn about the basics of safe home food preservation. They will also learn and prepare two recipes during the class, one using the boiling water method of canning and the other using a pressure canner. Attendees will take home a jar of each recipe.

How to register?

By clicking on the name of the section you're interested in, you'll be able to view additional details like dates, times, and registration fees. During checkout, you may be asked to specify who you are registering for, particularly if you're enrolling in youth activities; you'll typically have the option to select "Parent" or "Group Portal." If you don't already have an account, don't worry. You'll be prompted to create one during the checkout process. Finally, after reviewing your information and completing the necessary steps, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the enrollment details and a receipt for your purchase.

Refund Policy

If a refund request is made before materials for the class have not yet been purchased OR if a waitlist registrant can claim and pay for your spot, we will be able to grant a 100% refund. If class materials have already been purchased and no waitlist registrant is able to claim and pay your spot, we are unable to grant a refund. No shows will not be granted refunds.
