0410 - Rigby's Water Day
Description
Join us for a day at the water park! 4-H is going to take over!
This will be a full day event and spaces are limited! This is opened to anyone 4th-12th grade.
You will need to bring your entry money and lunch money to the water park. Entry fee is approximately $35.
Once registration has filled you will receive instructions for the day in your email along with the Medical Release Form.
**Minimum of 10 youth for this event to happen***

Only current 4-H youth in this county should be registered for this event. If you are not from this county, please contact your local Extension office for more information regarding 4-H programming in your area.
After registration, the following forms are required for participation.
- The Georgia 4-H Medical Information and Release Form should be completed before this activity. This form allows you to share important information with us so we can provide the best care for your child.
- Should any medication be required during the activity, the Georgia 4-H Medicine Form and the medication should be given to the Extension chaperone upon arrival.
- The Georgia 4-H Code of Conduct establishes guidelines for expected behavior standards and consequences of misbehavior.
