0412 - Throwback Thursday at Houston Lake Cinema's
Description
If you love the movies and you love 4-H these are the Thursdays for you!
We will be getting together at Houston Lake Cinema's to enjoy their throwback Thursday films.
We ask that you register so we know that we will be meeting you at the theater, you will bring your money to the movies.
Per Houston Lake Cinema's it will be $2 movie, $2, popcorn, and $2 drinks.
Houston 4-H will be attending on June 6, June 20 and July 18. There will need to be a minimum of 6 in order for the film to make.
By registering you are letting us know that 4-H will be responsible for your child for the duration of the film and that you will be picking them up afterward.

Only current 4-H youth in this county should be registered for this event. If you are not from this county, please contact your local Extension office for more information regarding 4-H programming in your area.
After registration, the following forms are required for participation.
- The Georgia 4-H Medical Information and Release Form should be completed before this activity. This form allows you to share important information with us so we can provide the best care for your child.
- Should any medication be required during the activity, the Georgia 4-H Medicine Form and the medication should be given to the Extension chaperone upon arrival.
- The Georgia 4-H Code of Conduct establishes guidelines for expected behavior standards and consequences of misbehavior.
