Description
We will leave the Butts County Extension Office at 9:30. We will leave the park at 6 and stop by a local fast food restaurant for dinner before we drive back. EST 8:00pm back at the extension office.
• The youth will need to bring a towel, water bottle, change of clothes, and money for snacks if needed.

Only current 4-H youth in this county should be registered for this event. If you are not from this county, please contact your local Extension office for more information regarding 4-H programming in your area.
After registration, the following forms are required for participation.
- The Georgia 4-H Medical Information and Release Form should be completed before this activity. This form allows you to share important information with us so we can provide the best care for your child.
- Should any medication be required during the activity, the Georgia 4-H Medicine Form and the medication should be given to the Extension chaperone upon arrival.
- The Georgia 4-H Code of Conduct establishes guidelines for expected behavior standards and consequences of misbehavior.
