Description
Jasper County 4-H will be going white water rafting on Monday, May 27 on the Middle Ocoee River with Butts, Henry, and Fulton county 4-H'ers. This will be a day trip that includes transportation, rafting, lunch, photos from the river, insurance, and snacks. This trip is only available to 4-H'ers in the 6th grade and up who are 12 years and older.Location

Only current 4-H youth in this county should be registered for this event. If you are not from this county, please contact your local Extension office for more information regarding 4-H programming in your area.
After registration, the following forms are required for participation.
- The Georgia 4-H Medical Information and Release Form should be completed before this activity. This form allows you to share important information with us so we can provide the best care for your child.
- Should any medication be required during the activity, the Georgia 4-H Medicine Form and the medication should be given to the Extension chaperone upon arrival.
- The Georgia 4-H Code of Conduct establishes guidelines for expected behavior standards and consequences of misbehavior.
