Description

Rockdale County Extension is holding six canning classes this year! These are hands-on workshops where you will learn the principles of safe food preservation and where to find tested recipes, as well as work in groups to complete all the steps to preserve the featured food. You'll get to taste the finished product and make a jar to take home!

Your registration fee covers all class materials, light refreshments, and a jar of the finished product.

Thursday evenings:
Strawberry Jam: June 27 from 5:30-8pm
Tomato Salsa: July 11 from 5:30-8pm
Pickled Green Beans: July 25 from 5:30-8pm

Friday mornings:
Peach Jam: Friday, August 9 from 10:30am-1:00pm
Veggie Soup and Freezer Jam: Friday, September 6 from 10:30am-1:30pm
Apple Relish: Friday, September 13 from 10:30am-1:00pm

Finally, after reviewing your information and completing the necessary steps, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the enrollment details and a receipt for your purchase.

Refund Policy
