Description
We will leave Butts County Extension office at 7:45 and travel to Top Golf. We have two hours of play at top golf (includes unlimited drinks). We will walk across the parking lot to Dave & Busters for a lunch buffet. Each child will receive a $20 play card (Wednesdays are half off games). The will have unlimited play on games that do not give ticket prizes. We will return back around 5:00Location

Only current 4-H youth in this county should be registered for this event. If you are not from this county, please contact your local Extension office for more information regarding 4-H programming in your area.
After registration, the following forms are required for participation.
- The Georgia 4-H Medical Information and Release Form should be completed before this activity. This form allows you to share important information with us so we can provide the best care for your child.
- Should any medication be required during the activity, the Georgia 4-H Medicine Form and the medication should be given to the Extension chaperone upon arrival.
- The Georgia 4-H Code of Conduct establishes guidelines for expected behavior standards and consequences of misbehavior.
