Description
Join us for an exciting afternoon learning how to make soaps and bath bombs! We will have a guest joining us to teach us these new and exciting skills. Participants will have a finished product to take home AND a completed project that we will enter in the fair on their behalf.
Open for 4th-6th grade 4-H members. Workshops will be held at the Effingham UGA Extension 4-H Office at 601 N Laurel St. Springfield, GA
Participants will need to complete a Georgia 4-H Medical Form and Code of Conduct. Forms can be found at www.ugaextension.org/effingham.

Only current 4-H youth in this county should be registered for this event. If you are not from this county, please contact your local Extension office for more information regarding 4-H programming in your area.
After registration, the following forms are required for participation.
- The Georgia 4-H Medical Information and Release Form should be completed before this activity. This form allows you to share important information with us so we can provide the best care for your child.
- Should any medication be required during the activity, the Georgia 4-H Medicine Form and the medication should be given to the Extension chaperone upon arrival.
- The Georgia 4-H Code of Conduct establishes guidelines for expected behavior standards and consequences of misbehavior.
Registration Instructions

Refunds will only be given with a 24-hour notice of cancellation. Two no-call, no-show occurrences will result in your child’s inability to participate in any afterschool clubs
for the remaining portion of the school year.
