SENIOR CAMP (Current 9th -12th Grade):

DESTINATION: CAMP JEKYLL ISLAND

COST: $425

REGISTRATION: STARTS ON THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 2025

PAYMENTS: REGISTER AND PAY A $75 DEPOSIT (FOR PARENTS CHOOSING THE PAYMENT PLAN - AVAILABLE FOR CASH OR CHECK PAYMENTS ONLY). PARENTS CAN ALSO PAY THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $425 IN CASH, CHECK, OR BY CREDIT CARD AT THE PIKE COUNTY EXTENSION OFFICE DURING REGISTRATION.

Location

Jekyll 4-H Center is located on Jekyll Island, GA; however, group transportation will be coordinated by the Polk County Extension office.

Requirements

Only current 4-H youth in this county should be registered for this event. If you are not from this county, please contact your local Extension office for more information regarding 4-H programming in your area.

After registration, the following forms are required for participation.

The Georgia 4-H Medical Information and Release Form should be completed before this activity. This form allows you to share important information with us so we can provide the best care for your child.
Should any medication be required during the activity, the Georgia 4-H Medicine Form and the medication should be given to the Extension chaperone upon arrival.
The Georgia 4-H Code of Conduct establishes guidelines for expected behavior standards and consequences of misbehavior.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy: Refunds for camp (minus the non-refundable registration fee) will be given according to the guidelines set by the Georgia 4-H State Office. Refunds will be given for the following:
1) a doctor’s note excusing a camper due to illness/injury
2) a death in the immediate family
3) if there is a waiting list for the camper’s gender at the time of the camp.
Refunds will not be given for “no-shows” or early departures due to homesickness or discipline.
