0632 - Camden County Marine Resources Camp (6th - 8th Graders)
Description
Calling all 6th-8th graders! Marine Resources Camp is the chance for students to put their love of outdoor adventures to the test! This week-long camp held at Burton 4-H Center and will provide an exciting overnight camping experience along with hands-on learning to create memories that will last a lifetime. Marine Resources Camp will be at Burton 4-H Center on Tybee Island from June 22nd – 26th, 2026. Camp experiences will include visits to the beach plus many other exciting activities. Cooperation and character building, along with just having a great time, are all part of the camping adventure. 4-H Camp is a fun and rewarding experience! Cost is $425 - transportation is not included but we will make every effort to find a neighboring County that may be able to help provide transportation. Initial deposit of $100 is non-refundable. Space is limited, register early!

Location

Only current 4-H youth in this county should be registered for this event. If you are not from this county, please contact your local Extension office for more information regarding 4-H programming in your area.
After registration, the following forms are required for participation.
- The Georgia 4-H Medical Information and Release Form should be completed before this activity. This form allows you to share important information with us so we can provide the best care for your child.
- Should any medication be required during the activity, the Georgia 4-H Medicine Form and the medication should be given to the Extension chaperone upon arrival.
- The Georgia 4-H Code of Conduct establishes guidelines for expected behavior standards and consequences of misbehavior.
Registration Instructions

Refund Policy
The first $100 payment (if on the installment plan) is non-refundable. If the entire $425 is paid in full, $100 is a non-refundable deposit. If cancellation is made within 90 days of the first day of camp, the other payments are fully refundable.
