Description
Richmond County Cloverleaf Community 4-H Club is open to 4th and 5th grade students who do not have 4-H in their schools but are interested in meeting new people, engaging activities, public speaking, science, leadership experiences, and community service opportunities. This club will offer the same activities and curriculum that are provided during the 4-H in-school club meetings. Cloverleaf Community Club will meet the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 6-7pm at the Richmond County 4-H Clubhouse, Room 401 in the former Willis Foreman Elementary School, 2413 Willis Foreman Road, Hephzibah, GA 30815. Only current 4-H youth in this county should be registered for this event. If you are not from this county, please contact your local Extension office for more information regarding 4-H programming in your area.
After registration, the following forms are required for participation.
- The Georgia 4-H Medical Information and Release Form should be completed before this activity. This form allows you to share important information with us so we can provide the best care for your child.
- Should any medication be required during the activity, the Georgia 4-H Medicine Form and the medication should be given to the Extension chaperone upon arrival.
- The Georgia 4-H Code of Conduct establishes guidelines for expected behavior standards and consequences of misbehavior.
