Only current 4-H youth in this county should be registered for this event. If you are not from this county, please contact your local Extension office for more information regarding 4-H programming in your area.
After registration, the following forms are required for participation.
- The Georgia 4-H Medical Information and Release Form should be completed before this activity. This form allows you to share important information with us so we can provide the best care for your child.
- Should any medication be required during the activity, the Georgia 4-H Medicine Form and the medication should be given to the Extension chaperone upon arrival.
- The Georgia 4-H Code of Conduct establishes guidelines for expected behavior standards and consequences of misbehavior.

Refund Policy
UGA SUMMER CAMP REFUND POLICY: A Non-refundable $75 deposit is due at camp sign-up. Refunds will only be given for the following reasons: 1) There is a doctor's note excusing camper due to illness/injury. 2) There is a death in the immediate family, and 3) Other extenuating circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis by the Georgia State 4-H office. NO refunds will be made until the end of the 2026 Summer camp season after August. Refunds will not be given for "No shows" or early departures due to home sickness or discipline problems. Refund requests have to be made by the 4-H staff online no later than 5pm following the week of camp, and can only been done by the request of the parent that paid the camp fee.Loading...
