Description

We are excited to offer youth the opportunity to attend Senior Extreme Camp which is held on the Frank Fitch Pioneer Camp location at Rock 4-H Center in Eatonton, GA. Cost for the week is $450. Transportation will be provided as a carpool with the surrounding counties. For more information about the camp, please contact the Extension Office. Requirements

Only current 4-H youth in this county should be registered for this event. If you are not from this county, please contact your local Extension office for more information regarding 4-H programming in your area.

After registration, the following forms are required for participation.

The Georgia 4-H Medical Information and Release Form should be completed before this activity. This form allows you to share important information with us so we can provide the best care for your child.
Should any medication be required during the activity, the Georgia 4-H Medicine Form and the medication should be given to the Extension chaperone upon arrival.
The Georgia 4-H Code of Conduct establishes guidelines for expected behavior standards and consequences of misbehavior.
